Job summary

A leading packaging company in Ledbury is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the central point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery. The role requires strong communication, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently within a team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, particularly in packaging, and possess strong Excel skills. Flexibility in working hours is essential. This is a permanent full-time role based on-site.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel skills appreciated.
  • Experience of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end order management, from order placement to delivery.
  • Monitor customer requirements throughout the order fulfilment process.
  • Manage customer requests and share relevant information.
  • Acknowledge and handle customers complaints effectively.
