A community-focused leisure trust in Portsmouth is seeking a customer service representative who enjoys engaging with customers and promoting health and fitness. You will be pivotal in ensuring an outstanding customer experience, actively welcoming visitors, and creating a friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have direct customer service experience and a passion for building community connections. Based at our Hillsea site, you’ll be meeting customers as they visit the site. We are looking for people with experience of customer service at the highest level and who have a passion for health and wellbeing.
