A leading automotive dealer group in Nuneaton is seeking a Service Advisor to provide seamless customer experiences. You will be the first contact for customers, coordinating with workshop teams and ensuring efficient service delivery. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Attractive remuneration includes a basic salary of £28,000, with potential earnings up to £37,000, alongside numerous employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Service Advisor role in the motor trade.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A friendly, professional manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a busy team.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using DMS or booking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and handle service enquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Book vehicles into the workshop, accurately inputting details into the system.
  • Provide clear explanations of work required and keep customers informed.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to monitor job progress.
  • Produce accurate invoices and explain charges to customers.
  • Handle complaints and queries professionally.
