Job summary

A high-growth tech business is seeking an Account Director / Account Manager to manage enterprise accounts and drive new business in the IT sector. The role offers a base salary of £50K–£70K with OTE being double the base salary. The successful candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and work in a hybrid setting, commuting to London 2 days a week. This position is part of a collaborative, high-energy team culture central to the company’s growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in relationship-led B2B sales.
  • Experience in selling IT/Managed services and professional solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid role: part account management, part new business.
