Job summary

A fintech startup in London is seeking a Sales Development Representative to initiate and qualify leads. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. This position offers a base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with performance-based commissions and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar SDR, Sales, or Business Development role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and/or experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant tech, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
  • Background in fast-paced SaaS environments, with a focus on building new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and qualify high-potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Senior Business Development Managers for smooth handoff.
  • Identify and qualify leads through detailed research and strategic outreach.
