You will drive forward transformational change and innovation, support collaborative working within a one-Council approach, and work to support the financial stability of the Council and address future challenges. Importantly, you will have responsibility for the strategic leadership of the Facilities, Waste and Neighbourhood services, and provide empowerment and support to teams to help them flourish and continue to make a difference to the lives of our citizens.We are seeking a visible and forward-thinking leader with a track record of success at a senior level within a complex organisation. You should be educated to degree standard or equivalent.Essential qualities include being a first-class communicator and a natural relationship manager, with an appreciation and understanding of working within a political environment.
