In this role you will be responsible for providing authoritative and professional guidance and the day-to-day management of a team of professional Building Standards staff to support the delivery of a high-quality Building Standards service to meet verifier appointment criteria, statutory duties, NRS service targets and wider Council objectives.**Full membership of a construction related professional institute such as MRICS, MCIOB, MBENG or equivalent is an essential requirement for this role.** A Qualification in a relevant construction related subject is desirable.Further details regarding what this role entails are noted within the Role Profile for the post, whilst the Person Specification document confirms the key competencies you are required to demonstrate in your application.
