Job summary

A leading insurance provider in York is seeking a Customer Process Designer to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. In this role, you will lead workshops, create process maps, and evaluate current processes for improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in process mapping methodologies, excellent communication skills, and experience in process management.
