A prominent housing association in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Development Coordinator to lead development projects. Responsibilities include coordinating the development process, managing project teams, and supporting financial assessments. The role offers a generous holiday allowance of 40 days, a hybrid working model, and a focus on staff wellbeing, supported by a comprehensive Employee Support Service.
35 hours per week. EVH Grade 8 £48,597 – £52,578 (pending salary award). Glasgow based (mix of home and office working).

We are looking for a new Senior Development Coordinator to join our Development Team who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be responsible for a combination of the objectives described below, depending on the requirements of the business.
