The firm is recruiting for a People Business Partner to join the firm on a permanent basis.As People Business Partner you will provide resource and strategic planning support to the role’s key business areas, guiding client teams through the next phase of growth, providing insight and challenge, advising on complex people issues and driving change where necessary. Working towards a high-performance culture, you will support managers to develop and reward the talent within their teams.
This role will take ownership of 2 of our legal departments, working closely with the Heads of Departments and Senior Leaders in these areas. The successful candidate will need to be consultative, empathetic with a clear focus on doing the right thing and achieving the right outcome.
