A healthcare partnership in Greater London seeks an experienced HR professional to join as an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support workforce planning and translate people data into actionable insights while collaborating with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong HRBP capabilities in a complex environment, focusing on enhancing organisational performance. You will play a key role in shaping people insight, supporting workforce planning, organisational design, and long-term people strategies that inform business decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders and the wider HR team, you will provide clear analysis and guidance that brings workforce performance, capability, and engagement into focus.
You will partner with stakeholders across the business, translating people data and policy into practical, accessible advice. Your work will strengthen people management capability and support improved organisational and operational performance.
You will be an experienced HR professional with strong HRBP capability and a collaborative, pragmatic approach. You will be confident operating in a healthcare or similarly complex environment and comfortable balancing strategic partnering with hands on operational delivery.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract covering parental leave.
