Location: Prestwick, Ayrshire Work Location: Site-based 100% Prestwick Aerosystems is proud to continue Ayrshire’s long-standing aircraft manufacturing tradition. From our Prestwick site, we manufacture aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide. As part of the Airbus family, we play a key role in delivering safe, reliable and high-quality aerospace products. The MRB (Material Review Board) Engineering Team provides real time support to the operations functions to ensure the safety and structural integrity of our products in the event of product non-conformances. In this role you will work closely with a highly skilled and motivated Design & Stress team where will you learn and develop towards gaining various technical approvals. Being located within easy reach of the production facilities allows you to gain intimate knowledge of the products and associated manufacturing processes which is essential to the role. Contributing to the wider business as part of a multi-functional team will not only provide you with a better understanding of all aspects of engineering such Design, Stress, Manufacturing, Operations and Quality but will provide you with the skills and knowledge that enable you to grow both personally and professionally.**You will** define and communicate structural requirements for assigned work packages, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
