A leading training organization is seeking an Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician to support apprentices in completing their programs at the Tidworth site. As an Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician you’ll have an unusual role. You’ll deliver workplace-based learning, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices complete their programmes successfully and meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements. This is a role where you’ll make a real difference, supporting the next generation of skilled professionals while strengthening Babcock’s reputation for excellence in vocational training.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires travel to our other sites alongside home working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) + Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check security clearance for this role.
