The Workshop Apprenticeship Delivery Team is a group of 14 dedicated professionals committed to developing the skills and confidence of BAE Systems Air and Munition apprentices. Drawing on strong industry experience and practical expertise, the team delivers high-quality, hands‑on training in a safe and supportive workshop environment. Working collaboratively, they focus on building technical competence, reinforcing professional standards, and preparing apprentices to meet the demands of operational roles within the Air and Munition sectors.
