All Saints’ CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive School Based Family Worker to join our nurturing school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone motivated to make a real difference in children’s lives. You will work closely with pupils, families, staff, and external agencies, supporting pupils’ emotional well‑being, behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and engagement in learning.
This role is vital in ensuring that every child at All Saints’ CE Primary School has the support and guidance they need to thrive.
