Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a full‑time Cleddau Bridge Coordinator. This crucial role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Bridge Office, including managing the Emergency Out‑of‑Hours telephone service and providing essential administrative support to various departments.
The role involves working a 12‑hour rolling shift pattern, including both day and night shifts, with rostered Bank Holidays. An allowance is provided for shifts without dedicated meal breaks.
Generally shift pattern is two consecutive 7pm to 7am shifts, followed by two 7am to 7pm shifts and then five rest days.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, IT proficiency (including Microsoft Office), and the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
We offer a structured annual working schedule, averaging 37 hours per week, distributed throughout the year to align with our sophisticated shift patterns.
