Job summary
A leading hospitality provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee operations at their cafe in the Young V&A Museum. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service and food safety while managing and motivating the team. We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at theYoung V&A Museum.
Our lovely cafe at the museum serves freshly prepared coffee, sandwiches, and cakes.
We Offer:
Rate: £14 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
About the Cafe Supervisor role:
- To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
