We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our growing car supermarket based in Watford (stocking 1,300+ used vehicles). This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career while focusing on driving sales performance, second-facing customers to upsell products, and motivating the team to hit appointment and sales targets.
As the Sales Supervisor, you will work closely with the Sales Controllers to ensure team efficiency and profitability, with a particular focus on maximising finance and insurance (FCI) products. You will also play a key role in motivating sales executives to maximise their performance and ensuring weekend operations run smoothly. This role is a stepping stone towards a Sales Controller position.
