Schedule and Compensation

* Salary: £34,465.60 pa.

* Days/shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 13:00 to 21:30 (30 minutes break)

* Hours per week: 40

Responsibilities
  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Ensuring your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
