Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales supervisor to guide our sales force and promote company expansion. The ideal applicant will have outstanding leadership abilities, a solid grasp of sales tactics, and the capacity to inspire and grow team members.

Duties
  • Lead, inspire, and oversee the sales staff to meet both individual and group goals.
  • Create and put into action successful sales tactics that support business goals.
  • Track sales performance indicators and create reports for upper management regularly.
  • Give salespeople instruction, training, and assistance to improve their abilities and output.
  • Find new market prospects and cultivate connections with potential customers.
  • Make sure new members of the sales team are prepared for their positions by supervising their onboarding.
  • Work together with marketing teams to create advertising campaigns that complement sales strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the goods and services provided to ensure proper client communications.
  • Throughout all sales efforts, make sure that business policies and industry regulations are followed.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in a managerial or sales supervisory position in a related field.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to motivate and grow a group.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
