Job summary
A leading health and beauty retailer is seeking a Supervisor to join their team in Bradwell on Sea, UK. This role involves supporting daily store operations and driving sales while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment and a good understanding of retail KPIs. - Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer is preferred.
- Understanding retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit, and service.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided).
Responsibilities
- Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Help keep shelves stocked and manage store appearance.

- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service

- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
