Qualifications

  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of microbiology and PCR across various methods.
  • Ability to lead and prioritise workloads independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to escalate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and manage team workloads to meet business targets.
  • Monitor laboratory systems to ensure accurate test completion.
  • Provide training and coaching to develop team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.
