This role involves developing learning content specific to sales skills, onboarding programs, technology acumen, internal systems, and professional development, while creating new training courses using diverse vehicles such as video, documentation, and practical exercises. The trainer will update training curricula, organise content in learning platforms, collaborate to adapt training materials for the SHI Learning Management System, and maintain records of course completion and metrics.
