Regional Finance Manager

Location: Head Office (with up to 2 days remote working per week)

Department: Finance

Reports to: Head of Global Finance

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our global Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting and compliance across assigned international regions, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and statutory filings. Leading a team of four, you’ll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while acting as a trusted business partner to operational teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, supporting their professional growth.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis.
  • Produce management packs and lead discussions with operations teams.
  • Own the budget and forecasting process for assigned regions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as key liaison for group audits and statutory accounts.
  • Support commercial decision‑making through appraisals and contract reviews.
  • Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and finance systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in management accounting or financial reporting.
  • Proven experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Experience in multinational environments and multi‑currency reporting is desirable.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
