You will play a key role in advising on the structuring, documentation, and launch of private funds across multiple asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and venture capital. This includes managing complex fund formation projects, drafting and negotiating key fund documents such as limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and side letters, and working closely with clients on bespoke structures like funds-of-one and parallel vehicles.
