Global Trade Mark Paralegal - 6-9 Month Secondment
Job summary
A global biopharma company is seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal to support its trade mark portfolios. Responsibilities include managing a global trade mark portfolio, preparing trade mark applications, and coordinating foreign searches. The ideal candidate should have excellent IT skills, a strong understanding of trade mark procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with trade mark lawyers and external counsel across various jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a trade mark prosecution paralegal is preferred.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and cope with changes and deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned global trade mark portfolio.
- Prepare and file trade mark applications with UKIPO, USPTO, and WIPO.
- Coordinate foreign trade mark searches and assess results.
