This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Counter Sales Advisor based in Cleveleys. The role includes assisting customers with product selections, providing advice, ensuring an excellent level of customer service, supporting sales goals, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the trade counter is well-organized. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for upselling and helping to expand the customer base by building strong relationships with clients.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a courteous and professional manner
• Proficiency in Sales and upselling techniques to meet sales targets and support business growth
• Effective Interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and team members
• Ability to support and provide Training to customers on product usage and best practices
• Basic knowledge of plumbing supplies or a willingness to learn is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
