A leading project delivery consulting firm seeks an Interim Engineering Project Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom. This role, available for 6 months at £840 per day, involves leading engineering projects within a life sciences organisation and ensuring their timely delivery while adhering to safety and governance standards. An Interim Project Delivery Manager to lead high-impact, high-value engineering projects within a world leading life sciences organisation.
This role is at the forefront of strategic change, directly supporting innovation, manufacturing excellence, and operational safety. You will steer complex portfolios, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
As Project Delivery Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, in budget, and in compliance with safety, quality & governance standards.
You'll be the key force in defining delivery strategy, directing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring every project drives measurable business benefits.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management ability
- Proven experience in Engineering project delivery within complex or regulated environments.
- Expertise in risk management, financial reporting, contractor oversight, and assurance processes.
- Skilled communicator, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to a senior level, to influence effectively and drive continuous improvement.
