Job Purpose

Manage the successful delivery of IT projects for our clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves working closely with technical teams, clients, and third parties to deliver high‑quality outcomes and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver assigned IT projects in line with agreed strategies and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and keep project management systems updated with progress and billing information.
  • Monitor project performance, report on key metrics, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Manage budgets effectively with strong commercial awareness.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, managing changes to avoid negative impact on delivery.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, managing expectations on costs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams and Service Support teams to ensure smooth handover at project completion.
  • Maintain compliance with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and relevant policies.
  • Act as an escalation point for project‑related issues.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT project delivery
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills
  • Exceptional client communication and third‑party management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent troubleshooting and issue management capabilities
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMQ)
  • Experience working within an MSP environment
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and end‑user device projects
  • Experience reporting key project metrics
