They deliver complex solutions that supports all aspects of the Bank and the services it provides to more than 27 million customers.Within the Core Infrastructure Platform, the Backup & Recovery Lab Team are responsible for delivering a new strategic backup capability to enhance its safeguarding capabilities, aimed at maturing the bank's operational resiliency posture and regulatory compliance position.Within the context of the Backup & Recovery Lab, there is an expectation that the Senior Business & Data Analyst will be involved in shaping the approach to transitioning assets from using legacy backup tools to a new strategic toolset whilst meeting customer (internal application owning teams) expectations.We're looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in complex product and process development. This is an opportunity to work closely with Product Owners, a new Private Cloud team, and cross-functional colleagues. Together, you will understand, measure, and orchestrate customer journeys.
