Qualifications

  • 7+ years of analysis of mechanical components experience required.
  • Experience in using FEA packages like Abaqus and ANSYS.
  • Strong understanding of ASME and DNV codes is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse components for strength using FE techniques and hand calculations.
  • Conduct assessments for plastic collapse, buckling, fatigue, and more.
  • Assist in weld type definition and evaluate strengths.
