We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and nurturing school just outside Oxford (OX33). • Full‑time, Monday – Friday role within a welcoming Early Years setting

• Competitive weekly salary of £480– £520

• Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years staff to support individual learning and development goals

• Support children with routines, transitions, and early emotional regulation

• Observe, support, and help track children’s progress during this crucial stage of development

• A degree, desirable subject areas include Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or a related subject (2:2 or above)

• A genuine interest in early childhood development and education

• A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach

• Someone who is proactive, creative, and confident working with young children

• Previous experience working with children (nursery, EYFS, childcare, or placements) is beneficial but not essential
