Job description

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Lead Teacher of PE to join our existing team. As Lead Teacher of PE, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Physical Education department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all key stages. This role offers the opportunity to shape and implement an ambitious curriculum that promotes excellence, inclusivity, and a lifelong passion for physical activity.

You will lead on developing innovative approaches to PE, mentoring and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding lessons, and driving continuous improvement within the department. In addition, you will play a key role in enhancing the school’s profile in sports by increasing participation in tournaments and competitions, and fostering strong collaboration with other schools on campus as part of the wider PE team.
