Full‑time, Monday – Friday role within a welcoming Early Years setting
Competitive weekly salary of £480– £520

Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), both one‑to‑one and in small groups

Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years staff to support individual learning and development goals
Support children with routines, transitions, and early emotional regulation
Observe, support, and help track children’s progress during this crucial stage of development
A degree, desirable subject areas include Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or a related subject (2:2 or above)
A genuine interest in early childhood development and education
A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
Someone who is proactive, creative, and confident working with young children
Previous experience working with children (nursery, EYFS, childcare, or placements) is beneficial but not essential
