We’re looking for a confident, organised Project Manager who loves improving processes, delivering real results, and keeping even the most complex projects under control.
If you enjoy taking ownership, bringing structure to busy teams, and making things work better for everyone, this role will suit you perfectly.
You’ll start by leading major Migration projects, and you’ll play a key role in our wider automation and AI programmes as we reduce manual work and introduce better tools across the business.
This is hands‑on project delivery. A place for someone who can roll up their sleeves, handle tough conversations when needed, and keep people focused on what matters.
Your work will directly improve how our organisation operates.
You’ll help teams move away from manual processes, work more efficiently, and adopt smarter ways of working - supported by automation, AI, and technology-driven improvements.
You’ll be right at the heart of major change, working closely with our internal teams and a trusted third‑party partner.
You’ll join our Programme team within Change & Transformation, working with experienced Project Managers, Programme Managers, Business Analysts, and specialists across the business.
It’s a collaborative team where people support each other and share a real passion for well‑run projects.
We want someone who can take ownership, stay calm under pressure, and keep projects moving – even when stakeholders are tough or priorities compete.
