Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech & SaaS startup helping companies optimize their software, cloud, and corporate spend. From smart vendor negotiations to powerful cards, we’re building the one-stop platform for modern finance teams.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Country Manager in the UK to join our team! If you’re ready to hunt, close, and grow B2B accounts — this role is for you!

What you'll do:
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demoing, negotiating, closing
  • Identify and target key accounts (mid-size and enterprise B2B companies across Europe, focus on mid-size)
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in Finance, Procurement, and Operations
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine the value proposition and messaging
  • Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Represent Spendbase at fintech/saas industry events and conferences
What we're looking for:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or Fintech is a strong preference)
  • Based in the UK
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals (focus on mid-market)
  • Proven track record of working with clients directly
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment (entrepreneurship mindset)
  • Knowledge of financial operations, payments, or expense management products is a strong advantage
  • Possesses an already established (preferably broad) network in their location
