This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).**Join Our Opening Team – Barista, New Signature Restaurant Opening 2026***Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge*We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Baristas to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.**About the Role:** As Barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and flair. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, whether they’re starting their day or enjoying a post-dinner espresso.**Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.****What you will do:*** Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to the highest standards* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and bar area* Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner* Support the wider service team during busy periods* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations**What you bring:*** Previous experience as a Barista in a high-end or fast-paced hospitality environment* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment* A passion for hospitality and guest interaction* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality* The Right to Work in the UK**Schedule and hours:*** This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week* Shifts will typically be in the mornings, but flexibility is required* The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
