A local care provider in Hastings is seeking a Supported Living Service Manager to lead their team and ensure excellent care for individuals with learning disabilities. The role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum along with various benefits including a discretionary bonus and professional development opportunities. Successful candidates will have experience in care settings and at least a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.

Role: Supported Living Service Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Service: Playden Gardens, Hastings
Our supported living service offers a unique setting for young adults transitioning from their family home, educational or children’s services for the first time – providing all the support and skills needed gain independence, take responsibility and work towards their own unique goals for the future.
The young people who live here enjoy making the most of their own space and privacy, but with communal areas where people can come together to learn daily living skills, plan and cook meals together, or simply just to socialise.
