The Opportunity
Build our B2B healthcare marketing function from the ground up. You'll develop brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and position Zenrox as the trusted procurement partner for UK healthcare facilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute B2B healthcare marketing strategy targeting NHS trusts, private hospitals, GP surgeries, and care homes
- Create compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn articles) demonstrating ROI and addressing procurement pain points
- Build and manage LinkedIn presence as primary B2B channel
- Develop lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn ads, content marketing, webinars, industry events)
- Implement SEO strategy to drive organic traffic from healthcare procurement searches
- Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one‑pagers, ROI calculators)
- Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Plan and execute presence at healthcare industry events and conferences
- Establish email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data
- Coordinate PR and thought leadership opportunities
- Work closely with sales team to align marketing and sales efforts
What You Bring
- 4+ years B2B marketing experience with proven lead generation track record
- Strong understanding of healthcare sector marketing (NHS, private hospitals)
- Excellent writing skills with ability to create compelling, authoritative content
- LinkedIn marketing expertise (organic and paid)
- SEO knowledge and experience driving organic traffic
- Data‑driven approach to campaign optimization and ROI measurement
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ideal Background
- Healthcare technology, medical device, or clinical software marketing
- Experience marketing to NHS procurement teams or healthcare decision‑makers
- SaaS or marketplace platform marketing
- Previous role building marketing function at early‑stage startup
- Understanding of AI/ML products and explaining technical value to non‑technical audiences
- Content marketing and thought leadership experience
