You will be the link between our back-office operations and field-based teams, to support the successful delivery of Utilita’s installation and commissioning processes.You will identify opportunities for new processes and lead the implementation of change initiatives that drive efficiency and improvement. You will proactively review error trends, resolve inaccurate data, and provide reports to senior leaders.An understanding of energy licence regulations and smart metering systems is essential, along with proven experience in the technical delivery of smart meter installation.
