• A track record of success as a restaurant or hospitality supervisor.
• Extensive background in restaurants and a strong grasp of kitchen operations, service procedures, and food preparation.
• Understanding of food safety rules and standards.
• Prior experience in culinary roles such as cooking or food preparation.
• Leadership experience in hospitality environments.
• Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
