We're seeking a Senior Consultant in London in our Technology Advisory practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

Technology is core to North Highland’s consulting work, and we are looking for the right Technology Advisory Senior Consultant to continue the expansion of our UK team. At this level, you are primarily responsible for using your expertise in Digital Strategy and modern operations to ensure solutions and deliverables are high‑quality, functional, effective and of lasting value for our clients.

You Will
  • Show a bias to action through high‑quality work delivered on time and on budget to our clients.
  • Creatively collaborate with client account teams to grow existing relationships and build new ones at some of the most exciting brands in the world.
  • Evaluate the scale of complex client architecture problems and structure a plan to address them that centres on adaptability, time to market, cost of ownership and sustainable outcomes.
  • Contribute to global thought leadership focused on application portfolio strategy, application rationalisation, architecture modernisation, and software selection.
  • Foster a high‑quality human experience for our team through effective coaching while modelling superior management and leadership skills.
Ideally, We'd Like
  • Experience in defining business‑led Digital strategies that re‑invent or enhance the client’s business, enabling them to take advantage of Digital.
  • The knowledge and skills to holistically review a business’ market space, channels, organisation structure, data, processes, and technology dimensions to show how Digital innovation will be realised.
  • Experience in operating model design and exposure to modern practices, such as Design Thinking, SAFe, BizOps, DevOps, etc.
  • Familiar with disruptive and best practice technologies.
  • Experience in developing business and technology roadmaps and explaining adoption approaches.
  • Experience driving and delivering business‑led IT change in medium to large enterprises.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills to foster discussions and communicate complex topics to large technical audiences and C‑Level executives.
  • Experience consulting internal or external customers on technology solutions and processes to solve business challenges.
