A leading service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers on recruitment, employee relations, and absence management. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience in HR functions. Responsibilities include managing case files, liaising with resourcing teams, and leading employee engagement initiatives. We’re seeking a confident HR Advisor to join our team at HMP Addiewell, supporting managers on recruitment, absence, and employee relations. You’ll lead case management for issues such as investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters, liaise with People Services and Resourcing, and deputise for the HR Business Partner when required.
