Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial or commercial cleaning environment is desirable.
• A good understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll do:

• Complete all required training and carry out cleaning tasks in line with agreed schedules, task cards, and the specified cleaning offer.
• Follow all health & safety requirements, including COSHH, PPE use, colour‑coding policies, and safe working practices at all times.
• Comply fully with client and company policies relating to housekeeping, infection control, security, and environmental standards.
• Wear company uniform and PPE as required, using on‑site changing facilities, and maintain a professional appearance at work.
• Report all faults, defects, accidents, near misses, or equipment issues promptly to the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager.
• Remain flexible and supportive by covering absences, undertaking reasonable additional duties, and adapting working hours or days when required.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in an industrial, commercial, or high‑volume cleaning environment is desirable.
• A good understanding of health & safety procedures and the importance of working safely at all times.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong timekeeping, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
