We're looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Bicester, OX25 at our newly built cutting‑edge powder‑coating facility. This is a permanent position with shift‑pattern hours, the opportunity to work overtime, and potential for career progression. The right Production Operative will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be committed to high‑quality work. Shift Pattern – 2:30pm to 11pm. Overtime available.
- Order picking: picks each order of unpainted material and prepares each job ready to be painted.
- Paint‑Line Team: paints all profiles and ancillary parts that make up our popular colours.
- Assembly Team: assembles profiles, adds protective tape, assembles ancillary parts and packs ready for dispatch.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial coupled with a desire to learn and develop.
- Show your commitment to producing high quality work in every task.

- Operate with professionalism, follow instructions, and have excellent timekeeping.
