Location: Penwortham Grange & Lodge Care Home – Martin Field Road, Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 9HL

Job Type: Permanent | Job Category: Care | Shift Type: Nights | Shift Structure: 22 to 44 hours per week | Closing Date: 31 December 2025

Pay: £12.21–£12.46 per hour | Schedule/Hours: Full & Part‑time available – Nightshifts

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Support residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serve meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintain a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Act as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture
