The Head of Digital Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts and contributing to the company's overall strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, advanced data skills, and a proven ability to deliver results while driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cutting‑edge digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and vision.
  • Lead and manage all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee data‑driven decision‑making processes by analysing and interpreting complex datasets, customer insights, and market trends to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative and cost‑effective digital campaigns.
  • Foster a compelling and consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and strategies.
