We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media marketing and Sales Specialist to join our growing team working on either a self-employed or employed basis.

Working in the construction industry, we value innovative marketing that showcases our projects, builds our brand, and attracts new clients. This role will focus on developing and executing social media marketing strategies to engage customers, increase brand awareness and drive sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in our collaborative and supportive office culture, which emphasizes teamwork and open communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to support business objectives, including content creation, posting, and community management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
• Create and promote content that highlights company projects, expertise, and industry insights.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with customers and industry partners online.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to generate leads and drive sales.
• Analyse and report on social media performance, using data to adjust strategies and optimize reach and engagement.
• Develop innovative ways to showcase completed projects, in-progress work, and behind-the-scenes content to build credibility and excitement around our brand.
• Assist with sales-related tasks, such as lead follow-ups, customer inquiries, and nurturing leads through digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally with a focus on construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and social advertising.
• Experience with graphic design tools and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience or interest in sales-related activities is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the construction industry or a related field.
