Job summary

A facilities management company in London is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team managing maintenance across multiple sites. The role requires qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines and oversees both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Candidates should have experience in building services and a strong knowledge of safety regulations. This position includes supervising engineers and liaising with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  • Previous building services experience required.
  • Good knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are documented in CAFM.

Skills

Building Services/M&E trade skills
Knowledge of Electricity at Work safe working practices
Knowledge of BMS/Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems

Education

City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
