Job Info

Drive continuous improvement of health & safety across all operations whilst ensuring legislative compliance and developing policies and practices.

Conduct risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, and incident investigations. Provide training courses, safety meetings, and presentations to staff at all levels.

Split time between head office and site visits in all weather conditions, working at heights and liaising with relevant authorities.

Compile statistics, write reports, and maintain external audit standards whilst supporting management on legal compliance matters.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) either held or close to obtaining.
  • Credible health & safety experience including operations, project management, and CDM (Construction Design and Management) knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities with good head for heights and flexible approach to working hours.
